Miglena has nearly 20 years of strategic experience in the group benefits and medical stop-loss fields. She has held senior actuarial, underwriting and consulting roles, helping self-funded employers design, manage and price various benefit offerings, including stop-loss. Her stop-loss expertise is based on a variety of roles, including designing stop-loss alternative funding solutions for a national health system, leading the stop-loss practice at a large consulting firm and heading the underwriting function at a top-10 stop-loss carrier.
